Just the same way some people used the excessive drinking excuse as the reason why GEJ was lagging in his duties, I always hammered it that drinking or smoking whatever does not stop a performer from performing. Obiano is definitely proving my statement right.

It may interest you to know that three of these masterpiece are ongoing simultaneously in the state capital at a time other governors are crying of finances and looking for MTN fine money to share. This is in addition to paying workers salaries as at when due.

SB: For those that think nothing is going on the SE, look around your state and see if there is anything like this there..
