Anambra workers protest 4-months unpaid salaries


Workers in the Anambra Property and Land Use Charge (APLUC) on Monday, staged a peaceful protest to demand the payment of their four months salaries.
The protesters, numbering about 25, crippled the economic activities of the state government as they locked the gates leading to the office.

Because he has not embarked on flower planting or quick wins.... Those projects on display couldn't have materialized within months... He is 18 months in the saddle l and we have seen his direction and are sure that they will be completed.... Some are already nearing completion

Is Willie increasing the education sector, health care and the HDI of the people of Anambra? If yes then yes he's a good governor. If not, no matter how many roads build, if the three I mentioned aren't met by him then he's a terrible governor

If only our governors could be as competitive with respect to developing their states as most of you here are then Nigeria would have been a better place.

How do you measure development? What is the difference between civilized nations and non civilized nations if not largely infrastructure? This project and more like it deserve to be celebrated. These are landmark projects that will develop and open up the city and will still be useful in many years to come.. Even quality roads have to be celebrate because of the impact they have on the economy.. If you studied Agriculture in elementry school then you should know the importance of good roads, Yes, it's his job but this is Nigeria.. What if he decides not to do it? Will you do anything to him? Besides Anambra is topping by all indices in Education and the Governor is still working on health care as you can see from pictures on this thread so that is not a problem.
