I hereby strongly suggest that NASS should probe the missing $2.8bn oil money during buhari's tenure as Petroleum minister in 1976. This becomes imperative since we are now in beta of retrogressive probes. That apart, he is now defacto minister of Petroleum again in 2015, only God knows the amount that will be missing this time after his tenure.. I urge NASS to forestall any attempt. |
