Please i saw this info on Unilorins website about Eligibility for Unilorins remedials

(d) Eligibility:
The School of Preliminary Studies programme is primarily opened to applicants from the catchment areas of the University of Ilorin,(i.e Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nassarawa, Niger Plateau, Sokoto and Zamfara States).

Am not from any of the above states can i still apply??
