Bayelsa Poll: PDP In Early Lead, As INEC Declares Results At Polling Units, Wards

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is maintaining a comfortable lead, as Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials declared the results in some polling units and wards across the State.

The PDP, according to reults collated so far, won in all the three wards in Odi, same thing in all the units in Kaiama in kolokuma/Opokuma local government area.

Also, the party is maintaining a distance lead in Ogbia, Sagbama and Ekeremor and Yenagoa local government areas

While the results of other polling units are still being collated, the PDP as at the time of filing is maintaining a comfortable lead.

Sure PDP will win, but just watch out for how EFCC and DSS would drag for who would be the first to arrest, probe and detain the state Returning officer for INEC when PDP finally wins.

I don't believe this story. This is due to the pro PDP stance of the leadership newspaper.We shall all get to know wether what they are reporting is true or not by tomorrow when INEC shall announce the results.

Are u saying Apc would rig the election? Cos we all know SS and SE is PDP stronghold,if Apc could win 2nd term in Osun SW despite their dismay performace there,what makes You think PDP would not win Bayelsa after performing well?

The last time I checked,the publisher of leadership Newspaper was a chieftain of APC.

Just like that of the kogi election... Pdp on early lead, later they will say APc got 95%of the voices, and the election inconclusive.
