try using it to run heavy tasks and you will see.
Mediatek rooting is more "teknikal" than you think! get xposed installer and Swapit Ram expander, you'll understand

You don't have to Critisize everything. Atleast the too long, too clumpsy,
and too rough thread has made some people understand something. It's good to appreciate people who create useful thread, even if it is copy and past she sacrificed her time and data too which you didn't buy for her.

I just want to make common sense

You have spoken well.

ask yourself, why do all the flagship phones from Sony, huawei. Samsung and Moto x all come wit snapdragon chipsets and not mediatek. I rest my case.

I laugh in Chinese, am not trying to ridicule u o Bt u are not current, u should update, Sony has phones made with madiatek, back in may, HTC released an upgraded version of HTC ONE M9 with HTC ONE M9+ with mediatek helio x10, even though d snapdragon 810 is more powerful, u wonder why? The helio x10 is like 1/5 price of the sd810 and it has no heating issue like d sd810 that throttle. Huawei doesn't use snapdragon in their flagships, they make their own kirin soc. Before, Qualcomm Dominated the high end segment with their Snapdragon, but now they have competition from Samsung exinos (yes, Samsung is their number one customer and they have loose them), Mediatek Helio x series. Any little mistake with sd820 will just be catastrophy for Qualcomm, bcoz helio x30 coming later next year will be much more powerful than sd820. To reply u with question back, why do u think d likes of htc, Samsung, Sony start using mediatek?

The Chinese started it, and Tecno is part of them, they just bring it here and overpriced it. Am using an elephone p8000, which match Tecno phantom 5 in almost all segment even better wen it comes to battery, while Tecno phantom 5 is #70,000 my elephone p8000 from China from resellers cost a mere #40,000 or so

Well..I can't deny d fact that I was once team Mediatek on my Gionee e3 some roughly 2 years ago and it served me well for its amount back den..37k,I had no regrets whatsoever tho i wasn't a heavy user back den..I crossed over to Snapdragon 800 on Samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition and later Snapdragon 805 on Samsung galaxy note 4 both of which I'm still using 2day and d experience is totally different 4rm what I had on d Gionee e3..just on anoda level..I multitask, run many apps, games and graphics intensive apps and ain't got no issues at all..everytin is always snappy and very fast..i tried to copy d data file of cracked FMH 2015 on my 128gig SD card to my friends infinix hot note pro and decided to insert my SD card in his phone cos sending d file was kinda taking too long on Xender and I discovered dat d fone powered off and didn't come up despite many attempts to power it on until I removed d 128gig SD card b4 d fone powered on,I repeated d same process like 2 times just to confirm and d same issue repeated itself again,so I discovered d fone can't handle a 128gig SD card, sometin my note 4 does flawlessly..so for me Qualcomm Snapdragon does it for me for now..I got my eyes on exynos 7420 already..d fastest processor at d moment..sometin I see Snapdragon taking back with its Snapdragon 830 chipset dat can power 8 gigabytes of ram..(dat'll be awesome) tho SD 810 is a no-no for me..that's just my opinion from my own personal experience.

Good its ur own opinion, bcoz u need to understand more than u do before u can say which processor is better. Don't just look at d speed of d processor. It seems u don't even know that SD 820 is the latest in town. The truth is SD are over rated, they are living on past achievement. They are also manipulating OEM to use their chips since they have lots of patents in their kitty. Some oem depend on SD chips in order not to be slam with lawsuits. Pathetic

see this one o, go and buy Samsung and try tweaking the shit , then you'll understand that Mediatek phones do better than that! Shame on you! and your phone angry

So because you can illegally change the imei of a phone to morally cheat networks makes it better.. My ppl are a funny bunch..Just enjoy your phone and keep pim...

Just for the record, you can actually root and change whatever you like on any android device regardless of chipset, including the so called imei if you so desire.. It's open source for a reason..
