please onu is from uburu in ohaozara local government area of ebonyi state..he was governor of abia state when ohaozara was still in abia state before it was carved out and joined to other local governments in former Enugu state to form ebonyi state in 1996...if you feel hw is still not from ebonyi state then tell me the name of the minister representing ebonyi in this administration
