They are not powerful. However, they can stand or be used as an advocacy group. In the event that they become advocates for biafra restoration, then you can rejoice that at least you now have a partner.

You see in this struggle everyone's voice matters alot, with oeas, we now have another voice added. All we need is to make our voice so loud so that the world can hear us. Thats why I said everyone's voice matters alot.
