We got this project from our client(Benin project- whom
I am yet to meet )via recommendation and we promise to do our best.

Details of the project.
Client: A Nairaland member Friend
Location: Warri

There are two buildings sitting on this plot(a big plot)

The Front building: We will be installing a 5kva solar power hybrid electricity supply backup, by drealgeesam of Nairaland, the duration is 12hours /day.

The back building is a big building, the first wing has a living room,dining, kitchen, visitors toilet and one bedroom downstairs while upstairs we have 5rooms all with toilet and bath,our aim is to convert the downstairs to 2bedroom all ensuite and the upstairs to 2 bedroom ensuite,there are also serious electrical and mechanical problems we will have to work

The second wing of the back building has two bedroom all ensuite on both the ground floor and the first floor

Did you convert the whole rooms in the duplex or just the rooms upstairs? I'm trying to convert just the rooms upstairs too and leave the two rooms downstairs. Did you get a new building alteration permit? I know it's been long but like how much does it cost you?
