The delicate balance between freedom of expression and issues of national security. Advocating for Biafra shouldnt be deemed illegal so far the agitators go about it the peaceful non-violent way. However anybody that advocate for violence, destruction of public property and arms struggle against the Nigerian State has commited a crime against the state. Nnaa I disagree with you on Rule 9. (1) Nairaland should not be a platform for the propagation of subversive literature. 2). Nairaland shouldn't be used to promote hate speech. 3) Some utterances were becoming seditious. 4) IPOB protests threatened social order and contributed to violence. Catalonia didn't kill anybody. There should be civilized ways of agitation.
