Complement of the season to Nlanders.my cousin sister applied for leave in the firm she works but her boss refused to grant her leave.but the terms of the appointment letter stated "YOU will be entitled to 14 days leave per annum.The leave may be taken at any time of the year mutually agreed with the company" i just need your advise please |

Leave period is taken after consultation with your supervisor/manager. The purpose is to ensure that your absence doesn't hurt the company interest. Organisations in hospitality, entertainment and allied services wouldn't allow workers to take vacation during festive periods. |
