♤ alt key will activate your menu bar in MS office |

Been versed with computers since childhood so knew most of them but not all. Try: Windows + Tab. I think it works on 7 upwards. Shift + F3. Changes text casing. You have to have some text highlighted. Shift + Left/Right. Highlights text. Ctrl + Shift + >. Increase font. Ctrl + Shift + <. Decrease font. |

ALT + SPACE BAR drops down a menu (on d left hand corner of a window) for restore, move, size, minimize, maximize and close. |

PhonePlanet:if you just hit the Printsc key alone, it takes a screenshot. Why do one need to add the start button again? it is no longer short cut then. |

Others that should have made this list are Ctrl + Z to undo Ctrl + R to redo Ctrl + X to Cut Ctrl + C to Copy Ctrl + V to paste Ctrl + Shift + > to increase font size Ctrl + Shift + < to decrease font size Ctrl + B to Bold Ctrl + J to Justify Ctrl + U to Underline Ctrl + I to Italize Shift + Delete to permanently delete without sending to recycle bin. |
