They can be recruited into the Police for better training. Until then, they remain mere traffic controllers. |

Sorry I said controllers, I meant conductors. They can't ask for papers but can help you to pull over for a redirection whenever you're in a mess. They can always help you in many ways to enable them help other road users. |
