It's one thing to be a dullard and it's another thing to know it. Buhari is not aware of anything ecomonic indicators or performance.
As a fulani cattle herdsman, the country is doing just fine!

Jumping up and down the world to advertise his cool, illiterate, humble and Most Honest Man in the world that he feel he is is what matter!

Afterall the battle to northernise and islamise the entire country is in full gear!

Fighting corruption is all about Dasuki and PDP infidels who have been stopping him since 2003 from been crown the Sultan of Nigeria!

We yet to feel the effect of his anointed ministers who themselves are yet to believe that Buhari could select them at all.
Capturing Rivers, Bayelsa, akwa-Ibom and Taraba is far more important than good governance. Afterall nearly all the judges of the appeal court are fulanis. So going after PDP govs, PDP senators and Rep's is made easy with nullification of everything PDP courtesy of Muslim judges of Norther extraction.

Naija don suffer!! Thank God I never did and will never Vote for Buhari....
be constructive in ur criticism rather Dan taking it personal cos a northerner is ur president
I wonder what u have to say abt d past administration and how they are being caught mismanaging and looting funds
just swerve and go back to sell your spare parts in Onitsha or ALABA market!!!

Rawani:
Jonathan failed to deliver the 2nd Niger Bridge to the SE, failed to develop or clean up his own SS and marginalized the SW which he disregarded till the elections.

Jonathan failed the North, and shot himself in the foot by establishing almajiri schools, when the almajiri system is an ideology (twisted) and not a result of lack of public schools. He failed to develop its solid mineral potentials and empowered thugs to insult the region instead.

Jonathan failed to solve the electricity problem which we have inherited, and failed to restore the refineries and instead wasted billions of dollars in scam off-shore processing agreements which Diezani and co. used to fleece this country, ultimately causing perennial fuel scarcities all through his tenure. The aftermath is what we live with today.

Jonathan failed to diversify our economy from oil in the time of oil-price boom, and emptied our foreign reserves through a combination of corruption and incapacity to lead which ended in him being tricked by his governors to share the SWF. The DIRECT aftermath of these are the economic troubles we are facing today under low oil prices, and high exchange rates which our efforts to control is resulting in our ejection from bond indexes.

Jonathan supervised the looting and mismanagement of of the defence budget through his aides (Dasuki n co.) which seriously hampered the fight against BH, and resulted in the loss of thousands of lives. The failure to fight the terrorists with political will and sincerity, resulted in their blossoming and is the reason we are still fighting them today.

You see, while we are not blind to the realities that face us today, its is an insult to conscience, logic and common sense for the same set of people that wanted all of the above and more to continue till 2019, to come and pontificate about good governance while condemning a President that inherited these challenges just six months ago.

Put simply, you lack the moral capital to admonish or condemn Buhari or Buharists.

Have a nice day.

We need to establish some base facts from my POV before I expose the folly in your watery argument.‎

1. APC has ruled Lagos for over 16 years and no one is seeing any rot in the system because the same set of people have been perpetuating themselves in power. If PDP or another political party were to clinch power in the state, I'm sure that the kind of revelations that'd be forth coming won't be the kind that is digestible.

2. The PDP is a party I've never been a fan of perse. I only started rolling recently with those who give the serious impression that a New PDP is in the making, especially seeing as those who constitute the "Old PDP" are now many things in the APC, including Chieftains, Navigators and Ministers; and even at that, I am sort of wary, I prefer to maintain a neutral opposition party stance.
As it stands now, ‎all that is needed to become a Nigerian political saint is the chant of "sai", irrespective of how much was embezzled under your watch and the crass style of leadership you spearheaded.
At the mention of "sai!" all your sins are forgiven

3. On one thread about DPR shutting depots I clearly remember telling someone that it will be foolhardy of me to think that Jonathan (as much as I like him) never stole our country's dime. If I didn't think so of Jonathan, no one at this moment is spared.

4. My support for Jonathan stems from his personal ideology that his political ambition (including his ambition to pocket money, and live the good life, if true) is not worth the blood of any Nigerian.‎
I support him because I believe that despite his many failings and weaknesses; he is a good man and has the best interest of ‎this nation at heart. GEJ is a Democrat and a Diplomatic fellow, he'll always have my respect in that regard. The tantrum throwings and hate of all sai chanters combined won't change that.

5.‎ Some of the sleaze that went on under the GEJ led FG are being exposed today, and I have said it on here that whoever is found culpable should BURN. They are the callous saboteurs GEJ was referring to while he was still in power.

6. I did not vote nor canvass support for Buhari because I did not believe in him. From the get go, I felt that as much as GEJ was touted a failure, Buhari wasn't the messiah either. I rejected both of them initially before leaning towards Jona for personal and ideological reasons.‎

In my next post on this thread, I will talk about the futility in your arg‎ument.

Just wait till next year march and April then you will understand fully the meaning of pressure. Everyone is warning Nigeria about an impending economic doom and that your government just has 3 to 4 weeks to start putting things after wasting 8 months virtually doing nothing,he spent almost 6 months choosing 36 ministers out of HIS OWN PARTY MEMBERS and all these while the dollar kept losing it value and oil prices kept going down. Modern day economics waits for no one but the dullard is behaving as if he controls the it like the cows in his farms, unfortunately It is the masses that will suffer ,go hungry, starve.it is the masses that will be sacked and taxed heavily,it is the masses that will bear the full brunt of the dullard sluggishness. Buhari will never go hungry likewise his children and neither will fashola or amaechi be jobless or starve .it the people that keep on shouting change change even when it is glaringly clear that the change the dullard is bringing is a negative one. Right now the dollars is 260 and it will still rise to 300 naira to 1 dollars which means massive job cuts and more ashewos too anyway. So keep hoping for 4 years without saying your mind and by demanding for the dullard to stop behaving like a Mario and get serious. Every single economic body has been giving Nigeria serious warnings about next year if the dullard doesn't step up.
its clear that you just hate buhari, but let me asure u dat nigeria wil surely get better but my problem is how soon? dats my question to buhari,

and back to ur point of view if it didnt get better wat will you do as an individual?

Nigeria is in tough times, it is a mono economy that is primarily oil based, oil is now 35usd/barrel,we are in oil doom a lot of things will suffer, and i predict that the next 6 months we will still face challenging and tough period. That some people choose to gloat over the situation and attribute the current crisis as to because Buhari won at the presidential polls is the highest unit of pseudo intelligence. The current govt will strive to manage this trying times, and if it does it well, which i believe it will, the next 6-9 months, we will gradually get out of the quagmire.

The previous govt had all the opportunity to made a whole lot of difference in an oil boom, but it flunked, it is now in the past. The 2016 budget , the first of this new govt is on its way, the ministers are less than 30 days, but they are showing quite promising signs.

Woe betides any one who wants this current govt to fail, because GEJ lost at the polls angry angry

And they expect Buhari to perform miracle?
The rogue Goats had almost finished the Yams before the Farmer could return back to the Barn!
We can't blame the Farmer for the shortage of Yams in the Market, rather we should be patient with him and support him to figure out solutions to the mess caused by the Goats!
I don't the hypocrisy that we shouldn't expect a miracle, why?

What will be wrong is not to expect a miracle when it is being promised. Government is a continuum and as such, whatever the challenge, those aiming for should know it comes with a huge responsibility.

This is what you get when you have a leader that lacks wealth creation initiatives but rather depend on retrieved stolen fund to fund his administration. How can you prioritise fighting corruption over economic development and growth. Instead of accessing the present, then move forward from there and along the way, block leakages and retrieve what is retrievable along the way, the only thing the present administration seem to be doing is scavenging into the past and they are all getting lost in it.

At the end of the day, when you go into the past too deep, one either being consumed by the past and everyone dwells there or one see what ought not dig up out again and further throw the country into deeper turmoil. I thought there are Progressives. All they need to do was access damage and implement damage control and progress.

All I see at the end of this tunnel is unnecessary conflicts that will only keep the country stagnant for another decade. Blame, blame, blame is what we will eat for the next decade abi. Excuses for ineffectiveness.

The Truth Has Spoken!
Oh please!

For how long are you guys going to blame PDP. Let it be known that I doubt if there is any human alive that harbours as much contempt, animosity and disgust for PDP than I. He had won the elections since end of March. We are already in december with no clear sense of purpose regarding policies and strategy. Take the economy for instance, I wonder what the heck that quack minister of finance is doing. I am even confused on who is currently running the economy whether it's the CBN or she.

Now to the fuel issue. I have been at the filling station since 6am. This is about 10:30. I am still on the queue with no expected time of purchase in sight. And this was a government that kept on blasting non stop about how subsidy was non existent or was at best a scam. Only for the same forked up government to look on helplessly while the beneficiaries of the subsidy regime hold him and nigerians by our balls.

You all are shouting anti corruption all over the place like it's the Lords prayer. How does this government hope to achieve this? No sensitisation of the populace on the ills that corruption poses, no plans for reforms in the judiciary which we all know most of the time deliver judgments in favor of the highest bidder. What about the police? Extra judicial killings permeate the news like never before, illegal check points are being mounted brazenly and still 'notin dey happen'. In fact I could go on and on. But my summary is that this regime is in coma barely seven months into its life and in dire need of ER.

P.s: I voted for buhari the snail in 2007, 2011 and 2015.

Re: Buhari, The Clock Is Ticking - PUNCH by Eruditor:
What PUNCH really want is for PMB to wave a magic wand and "voila" everything will be ok. It works in Ayamantanga's legerdemain world, but in the real world, it will be gradual, topsy-turvy and conscientious.

Those of us who can see beyond our noses celebrate it for the intent and imminent success that it is going to be, but no bets are on, that some other cry babies will not call it snail-like and ineffectual.

The reason is simple: Nigerians don't really want a change. We are only looking for how that change benefits me, myself and I. That's why you can see former-progressives who at, the slightest impression that their fortunes are about to change begin to pontificate and cast baseless aspersions. Highlighting all the seeming failures of this present govt and downplaying their evident success. It is a rite of passage.

The long and short of things is this. As long as oil prices do not go up to 110$/bbl that it used to be, it will be economically impossible for our Naira to wrestle back it's stance with the dollar- and it is not PMBs duty to help the price of oil go up. Even if (and as he promised) he tries to diversify the economy, how will that happen? He will command the economy to be diversified?

Secondly, the author of this shallow editorial should quit the chronological gymnastics of relating events from April to November. PMB cannot even be said to have been president any earlier than June 1st and in that time when power improved and PMS wasn't scarce, this same wailers wanted all the credit to go to their hero while they conveniently blamed PMB for his lack of ministers and appendages.

Now he has ministers and they still want to blackmail him by telling him about his itineraries and the shortfalls of the Naira. The author had the effrontery to mention that 32% of 2016s budget will come from borrowing but didn't mention that we have no other means except that to help nor did he mention that the essence of borrowing is to help with the economic diversification plans and not to pay salaries like the previous govt was doing.

Abeg, give me a break. If Rwanda and Peru are so much better, take the next flight and move there. Stop with this bull in the name of criticizing.
