14million is too much for a four bedroom bungalow

i will build 2 exquisite standard bungalows with 14M.

within 5 to 7wks...

yes you can in ifo, abekoko, igbesa
you can use a 1.5m X 2.4m Kitchen.
You can use a N1000/m2 cheap tiles
you can make your affordable blocks,
You may not like space,
your roof may cost you 400k in total and not insulated,
External works will be shabby,
Your artisans will be affordable,
you may not use choice materials,
You do not need a blue line in this building,
your electrical works will be half conduit (lol),
you will use a plumber that will use fire to connect pipes and make bends, no pressure testing,
you will definitely not be looking at voice or data connections,
You are not even near building a sustainable building.

I am very sure you can make even make 5 buildings from 14M.

But this thread is for those that have taste.

You haven't made any valid point. How do you intend to spend 14m on a 4 bedroom bungalow? Does it include land cost? People are commenting and telling you that it is expensive because they've had experiences, they've also read on this property page cheaper ways of achieving that.
So what exactly is the 14m for? What type of foundation? With your explanation, we may probably see why its that expensive.
