HND conversion to part time programme is free at the cec...Its done at the engineering section in cec.......No money involve.

You can even purchase the form a day to exam,if you know you can read from day 1 lecture note to the last lecture day.......

get ur fact right.... HND conversion form is 2,500....make your findings before raising argument so as to avoid looking like fool at the end.....am not supporting the guy that ask people to contact him for the form as well.... Wat they are doing at cec is pre-registration, av done that for a friend as well and I was told they will pay 2,500 once the portal is opened...

it is absolutely free... U will just submit ur CBT slip... Dats all... I have a frnd who did it last year..... Just visit CEC and register there
