Hi nairalanders, I really need help, my exhaust of my honda pilot is burning my eyes when I stand close to it plz what could be wrong huh

, after a valve adjustment was when all this happened , plz peeps I really need ur help

Engine is running rich, valves adjusted too tight. Incomplete combustion
