Bros, this is a soft brick and not a hardbrick.
Do you have any recovery software installed on the phone?
If not, you will be needing LG PC suite and Odin for the recovery. Check XDA forum for more details

I have recovery installed but i cant access it. bu i cant access the phone on the PC . The LGE Android MTP Device will not update on the PC.

Ewerex xda forum is ur friend...go to the forum - xdadevelopers.com and search for 'lg g2 stock rom'

Pls make sure you download for ur particular model as not doing so will totally brick ur phone..mention me if you are not sure of what to do. Again make sure u down load d right Rom for ur phone

Thank you bro, i have all the necessary file with me. i have done this before and it work perfectly well when i did this last year i don't know why it will not work this time around. the real issue now is that The LGE Android MTP Device will not update on the PC i have try different LG drivers. the system didnt see the phone

This is a soft brick not hard brick.
Flash the original stock firmware back to the phone all should be well.
All you need is the Original Firmware and Recent Odin.
