Those were not mere rumours. They actually separated, and it was the worse form of divorce. Marred in blackmails, controversy and public slander of and from both parties. Gozie even had an album entirely dedicated to that cause, in which he finished Njideka, calling her all sorts of names: Delilah, Jezebel and the likes. Thanking God for saving him from her. While the lady herself went on to enrol with Nollywood, where she was always taking up the 'spoilt' roles. It's funny and indeed a miracle that they came back together, albeit with the help of some notable personalities in the gospel music industry, and in the society.

It's left to be seen how they make up for their images they've uncompromisingly tarnished. Happy for them though.
