The G.O. raised a prayer point last night, that 'whosoever is holding your destiny will not see 2016'

Is this an appropriate way of getting out of the anchors of your enemies....Enemies varies, it could be your co-worker, neighbour, extended family member, your parents, siblings, & even yourself, etc

So, praying for the demise of an unknown enemy, i dnt think, solves any problem........why not encourage the members to put on the divine shield of God Almighty??

I always say such prayers pertaining what the OP said now, my prayer does like this: O God, any that does not want me to be great in life, use your fire to burn and destroy that person.
One thing that I notice is that Jesus wants us to pray for our enemies so they will change for good. What i think is that if we say God should always kill our enemies, we are not giving rooms for repentance, if we say God should kill our enemies, then how many people will remain in the world, cos everybody is saying God should kill their enemies.
What i would suggest is that we say: God change the hearts of my enemies to reoentance unto you.
Pray for your enemies's repentance.
That's my opinion

Ephesians6, from verse 10.....
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places.

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, tht u may be able to withstand in the evil day, and havin done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod yr feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.

And take the helmet of salvation, & the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying always with all prayer & supplication in the Spirit................

I am sure the OP was at the Redemption camp and he prayed the prayer, led by the G.O, because how did he know Daddy G.O raised the prayer point, are you asking this question because you want to stir an hornet nest or you just want to talk. For those who are saying Jesus ask us to pray for our enemies, how do you pray or bless spiritual wickedness, power and principalities? God Forbid! According to Ephesians 6vs10-13, you don't pray for them you prayed against them, Somebody mentioned imaginary enemy, all Christians know that there is an enemy out there called Satan or the Devil, with his demons who come in various guise to wage war against man, hence these are spiritual, the spiritual control the physical. These enemies are both enemies of God the creator and man and the only way to dislodge them is by praying against their onslaught.

The problem with this generation is that everybody thinks they know it all. We have too many too-knows. OP I'm not saying you are completely wrong but watch out for the spirit of criticism, don't let it enslave you. But rather focus on knowing Christ and strengthening your relationship with God. Don't worry, as you come to know who Christ is you would grow in the truth

The people of God, sons and daughters of Jesus, the righteous ones, those who adhere strictly to the teachings of Jesus christ. Why hast thou lack in some crucial facets of life excluding the spiritual facet? It is the believe of many Christians that the process of attaining success in marriage, career, academic and social life is by sticking to God. The human part in the role of success has been neglected by many Christians. In the career world, many Christians don't seek to acquire more knowledge and skills in order to be promoted , the church has been viewed as a centre where all protocols and processes are ruled out and miraculous promotions are procured. The house of God have been portrayed as a mechanism of heuristics towards the attainment of success in any facet of life. However, some sect of believers affirm that "Heaven help those who help themselves" they believe God and man have a role to play in the success story of mankind; it is their believe that the right things needs to be done and the required process and protocols needs to be followed. To the critics of the believe that "heaven help those who help themselves" the Christians who tries to follow the lay down processes and principles  of attaining success are often regarded to as Christians who believe in their own strength and wisdom. To vindicate their criticism they often cite the saying that "our God breaks all protocols"...without mincing, what's your take on this issue? .......comment and throw more light to the issue on Ground....http://oluwaseyikelvin.mywapblog.com/moment-of-expression-with-oluwaseyi-kelv.xhtml

Demons cannot be killed but they can be driven out, because they are spirit entties, but when demons operate through humans like witch, the witch could die in the process, esespecially when he or she refuses to repent.

So when you say your enemies will not see 2016, you are speaking death and since death is for humans, you are speaking death for them

at MFM we don't pray for human beings to die. we pray for powers to die. Our battle is a spiritual one, not physical. Also we pray for yokes of delay, depression etc to die.
under no account do we pray for human (witch or wizard) to die.

You must not be called ‘Teacher,’ because you are all equal and have only one Teacher.

The era of prophet is long gone, we all have access to read the scripture.

8 You must not be called ‘Teacher,’ because you are all equal and have only one Teacher.
