The PDP administration under OBJ gave fiscal autonomy to the National assembly. Not PMB nor any Nigerian president can ever have power over those people again. They get their money directly from the federation account at I think 23% and they do to it whatever they like.


The executive has no power over it. PMB is powerless on this.

Unfortunately, PMB doesn't have the power to do anything. This is what separation of powers leads to.

The word "exotic" is herein misused. What's exotic about Prados, Buses, Utility trucks and a sedan?

Exotic cars are Huayras, Zondas, Ageras, Huracans, Veyrons, Vitesse, Sesto Elementos, Venenos, etc.

Commuter cars and utility cars are not exotic by any stretch of the word.

so why do we have checks and balance in govt, if the executive cannot check the legislators.

Why are they singling out Ekweremadu the truth is that Ekweremadu fleet can't be bigger than the Senate President and neither can it be bigger than that of the President.
