I just pray Sheikh El-Zakzaki doesn't die from his injury. If he should die, I am afraid it would be impossible for anybody to stop some of his followers from taking up arms to avenge his death. Lest we forget, boko haram wasn't armed until their leader was killed extra- judicially. These shiites are well-organized and many of them are highly educated, including El-Zakzaki himself, having university degrees. They have members holding positions in both public and private sector. I believe their members are also in all the security forces. Given that they number in hundreds of thousands, let the government tread with caution so as not to create a monster that would make boko haram look like child's play.

Yoruba's aren't real Muslims, They don't even have real Christians among them. bros calm down.....i am in zaria...you don't know those shits or shiiii-what-ever-they-are-called. shooting in the air or even using teargas would not have deterred them. they are a complete nuisance, i tell you. as a matter of fact, people over here in zaria are not even sympathetic to their present plight. do you know they even started hurling stones and other objects at the soldiers? the video didn't capture that. in the video (if you understand the hausa language) you would have heard where they were saying even the president wouldn't be able to get them off the road! what effrontery! what impudence! what insolence! if the COAS had succumbed to their pressure and turned back....i can bet you that next time, even the president of nigeria would not be allowed to pass. i will say it again, they got exactly what the deserved. they had been blocking any road of their choice in zaria to the detriment of others without giving a hoot how others have always felt......now let them go and block roads again!
