The question you should be asking is why top clubs don't keep faith in their managers for longer than 3 seasons...

Jose's character is his character. I want you to ask yourself if you would fight your manager at your place of work..chances are that you would mostly likely be let go, because more often than not the business sides with management.

Another thing is that in most companies, employees who don't meet their targets are sacked...not their manager

That takes the manager's employment status completely out of his own hands...and he us extremely dependent on the players.
