OK. Unless if your working it will be concrete enough else I see you in AKWA IBOM since most of your colleagues would be Nupawas and LAGOS or NORTHERN STATES would be their preference, you could fall in to the minimum list of you guys from same skul to AKS.


Advice:

place ABUJA as your 3rd choice even if you are working it OK as that would mean like you don't even want it for making it ur last choice, hence they will just catapult you to ABUJA

Let me thank Armynu and DTOBS for their initial inputs.

Now since you want it clearly stated for you, but i am sorry to say it that Akwa Ibom might not be feasible because from ur 3 choices, the priority would be posting U from south to the north in BENUE STATE, a line which naturally majority of ur colleagues would not tow, hence U will automatically be posted to the above state irrespective of ur arrangement.

Advice:

To boost ur chances of Akwa Ibom, you might pick all 3 states from south, 1 from each of south west, south east and place AKWA IBOM as number 2 or 3

But preferably pick it as number 2 because if U place a south eastern state as 2, dey might give U that due to the 'would be' anticipated low patronage from south west to south east owing to the Wazobia fra uprising

How I wish the choices where actually limited to 2 only and that would have been better. So Batch A16 would be full of surprises in terms of posting as North central states choices would be preferred by the majority from south west to south east this time unlike in B15 and that would automatically mean we might just be getting posted to the north in fulfilment of nysc's spreading across camps policy.
