He has no business contributing on the floor of the Senate as he is busy updating status on his social media accounts. A man that is not aware when the so called anti social media bill passed first and second reading until Sahara Reporter accuse him.

The only legislative floor where his common sense directed him to move the motion was through his Facebook account, he will send the report to Saraki for onward submission to the presidency.

Please if you know how to get to this man for lend him more better common sense pls do. I remembered all his intelligent word on STV during the campaign but he contributions is not felt in the upper chamber. I mean he fell short of expectations.
He should be remembered that only Senate can make significant influence on the management of our exchange rate by CBN as the CBN is not directly responsible to the Executive.
I believe this guy's is representing one of the senatorial district in Bayelsa and you are also from same state. Please forgive me, if the assumption is wrong.

For a start, I'm from Rivers state while Bruce is from Bayelsa state. I don't know why Bruce choose to perform his duty as senator on twitter when he is already a Senator. If he is shy of raising motion on the floor of the Senate, he can reach out to the Chairman/members, Senate Committee on the Economy and cause them to invite the CBN Gov to explain the dwindling fortunes of the naira and well as tell Nigerians how he intends to achieve better value of naira. He is privileged to lots of channels that you and I don't have. I wonder why he keeps whinning on twitter.

My Good man, have you ever heard of Innoson motors? Or the fact that companies like honda now have assembly plants in Nigeria where some of their flagship brands like Accord and civic are assembled?? Even pegeout, Volkswagen, Kia,Hyundai and Nissan as well do same!!

Innoson needs no story. Honda & Peugeot unilaterally made the decision to return to NIgeria cos they've always owned plants here (not 100% sure they've even fully begun Ops), the rest are just "setting to launch" , while enjoying the tax break & as is common with our ways, no one is calling them to question...

& it's quite possible to disagree with someone's opinion without insulting the person...

In a public fora like Nairaland, you demand equity, then come clean with equity at least as far as what may be tagged "insults" may go!!

As for the Manufacturing Plants are concerned, one will have to be that nonchalant or just totally unaware about the macro-economic affairs of this country to consider them as propaganda, I don't believe you are that serious, especially when such info can easily be assessed through google!!

But if you insist on blessing me with cash!!
Then it means at least my #40,000 is secure; send an email address where I can send my account details, expecting alerts, and you will get full address of these plants!!

If you are double serious, and can send airtime of my choice, I will personally book an appointment for you to access assembly lines of both Volkswagen and Nissan as well as access to vehicles that have actually been assembled on Nigerian soil!!

I am not an APC member/fan and I don't deal in propaganda!!
