Dear Naira landers I need your help.
I have HTC desire 816 phone, the phone once on will off and on back and off it will continue till the battery get exhausted, I took it to a repair shop they said the phone need to be flashed / formatted. I've gone to all the major repair shop in Abuja here non was able to flash the phone,

Please someone help me what do I do

Did you root the phone?

The phone has been soft-bricked.

Just boot into recovery mode by holding the volume-down button while powering up the device...

Then reset the device to default.

If you have someone in Lagos, you can send it across to our office in computer village. It will be fixed.
