A kidnapping was what caused my uncle to get a gun and it was a licensed one. Now he was arrested in another place for carrying a gun and we cannot find the license papers. The police have put him in a cell..please what can I do, URGENT help pleasee..please |

Get a lawyer, by d way wat does he do for a living hope he has a decent occupation with staff I'd card. If he can't find d license then he shld direct them to where it was licensed, possession of arms is a criminal offence, I think it shld b bailable, arrange better cash for bail n get a surety to get him released  By d way is he with SARS, say this case no chop money na 150k |

[size=13pt] I don't see reason to panick here. If you are sure he did licenced the gun. All you need do is send someone to get a letter of confirmation from the station/unit that did the licencing. Then take it to the unit that arrested him. Simple has ABCD. It is not even what you go to court for. [/size] |

if anything ,I would say your bro's is in a big shit..the other day while driving I saw some big matured men held by the police and their phones being cross checked like they were youths and while driving back 2hours later I still met the same men there with even more added,trust me this country is fast becoming a lawful one.....you better get some influential guys to help out before it gets out of hand |
