That is the Bayern Munich way. No one individual can hold us to ransom or by the jugular. If you want to start ego-trippin we would pull the carpet from under you. Extension of 4 players in one day also sent a clear message. I am not sad to see him go personally, I resent how he treated Mandzukic and how his tactics set us up for humiliation against Madrid and Barca. Unless he wins us the CL this year it would be hard for me to label his tenure a success

We were open to a stay because he had achieved the bare minimum. Win the league and get us to the CL semis but I think he could not comprehend that certain fans and past figures affiliated with the club did not think that was much of an achievement due to the talent he had and the achievements of Heynckes and I think this ate at him. Didn't help that he appeared to be dismantling that side while there was no improvements in results especially against the elite in Europe

Good luck to him wherever he goes. He can still go out on a high with a win in Milan

Bayern FC is a big club but let's get it straight. If a manager is offered the best contract ever by any manager, is expected to declare his acceptance during the annual general meeting, but he is dragging feet- it is clear he is not going to stay.

So Bayern did the right thing by seeking a plan B. He wasn't being egotistical or what not. It is clear he wanted to deliver the UCL and then leave on a high. But in doing that he knew that announcing he was going, could add extra pressure on him to deliver the UCL.

As for Mandzukic, Shaqiri etc. Is it not funny that they didn't leave Bayern to set their next clubs on fire? Pep should be commended for letting them go. Mandzukic failed in ATM and Shaqiri failed in Inter.

Yes he has obviously underperformed against 2 power-houses that went on to win the UCL convincingly and although he had some of the blames he shouldn't take all of it. We are all praising Jupp's achievements in his final season (and rightly so) but there is nothing and I mean ABSOLUTELY nothing to suggest Jupp would've beaten RM in 2014 and Barca in 2015. Ofcourse the scorelines suffered especially against RM is another topic of discussion.

You know what, I think we should care less about a particular Manager or Player, whoever is gonna win us trophies, make us win matches consistently is what we should embrace, I'm sure you enjoyed last season's success and how we were so inspiring in the league...that's the kinda team, Coach and Players I wanna see at Chelsea.


Mou did it last season, we were all happy, we praised him, I think he even won the best manager of the year, fast forward to this season, the table turned around, he messed so many things up, most pple had players to insult even when they aren't sure of what the real problem is, we have a very good squad yet we are languishing in the 16th position, its bad for the club, for the owner, for the business and no one is happy, RA was very reluctant to sack Mou, it was obvious to everyone but he had to do what he did, this is business, no Man is greater than the club, we were even made to believe it was on mutual consent and that he was handsomely compensated.


We can only wish him and the club future success rather than create enmity among ourselves because we have contrasting views regarding this situation.

I think we read his body language from the start of the season. The last minute extensions were simply never going to fly with us and the same way Pep arrived due to Jupp’s initial indecision is what brought Carlo to Bayern as well. Pep should have made his decision at the start of the season. Simple as that! While fans and certain figures have spoken up against Pep the guys that matter have backed him completely he wasn’t upfront and that's the only sour note. Pep is not irreplaceable

Mandzukic is doing well at Juve and did pretty good with Atleti. Atleti is not exactly a striker’s paradise as Jackson Martinez is finding out. Shaqiri is another matter and you don't see me complaining. However I'd never commend Pep for offloading Mandzu. It was not performance based

Juup wouldn't lose to both sides I know that for a certainty. He took on Madrid with Mueller the only decent option on the bench. There is nothing to àsuggest he would have lost to both sides in such  a tame and scandalous manner. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to suggest he wouldn’t have won either or both ties
