It is an infection caused by H. Pylori bacteria. As in most bacterial infection, the use of antibiotics is employed. Clarithromycin plus protn pump inhibitors like rabeprazole or omeprazole. In most cases the use of antacids is very important to alleviate the vramp and excess acid in the digestive tract. I am a Biochemist!
