They guilty must be jailed to really send the desired message across to those stealing presently and those intending to steal in the future.

Just returning the funds is not enough. Jailing these shameless oles ( not some mumu 12 months or 2 yr sentence) is the only way to let the world know that the fight against corruption is not merely a tired and worn mantea being changed by the present government.

Check your dictionary or ask learned people (lawyers or law students) to explain the word ''bail'' to you. It is only in murder or manslaughter cases that bail are denied. Giving bail does not mean discharge and acquitted...

my sentiments exactly.
your kind of sentiments brought us to where we are today.. quick to kill poor homeless pick pockets and eager to free wealthy government crooks and criminals who return 1% of what they stole so you can elect them into critical leadership positions and worship them like Gods.. always remember to look back at the desperately impoverished you have undermined to free the Evil and Corrupt Groups.. they will feed on you ALIVE grin grin grin

They are begging to return stolen funds? First time in the history of Nigeria. Who says the change is not here? PMB will change this nation for good.
First time in history? Was the word 'plea bargain' not heard under Obasanjo? Was Abacha loot not recovered under Obasanjo and Jonathan? Is that Abacha loot not part of money misapprorpiated in the arms scandal?
You people can really make a mountain out of molehil and makes PMB the first to do what others before him have done.
