While President Muhammadu Buhari presented the 2016 budget at the National Assembly on Tuesday many did not notice one broken seat close to where the president bowed. A photo had emerged earlier today of President Muhammadu Buhari bowing in the direction of the broken seat after his presentation of the 2016 budget to the lawmakers on Tuesday, December 22, 2015.
