Nigeria Countless Resolves & Biafra Divides By Prof Wole Soyinka by Ade3000yrs(op):
When d white man and the rest of the developed countries of the world look at us as Africans, they can not hold back but to laugh. From the time immemorial to d days of d Chaldeans, Babylonian, Assyrians, Persians, Greecians, Hans and Romans till the time of Jesus christ and Mohammedans, those who knows nothing about, religion, politics, government, families, business, culture, educations, economics, industrialisation and disciplines talks about it the most. those who knows only keep a low profile and do something. when a million uneducated literates and fools are talking, the very wise educated illiterates just observe the height of their stupidity for the records and mental capacity evaluation. Speech is silvern, silence is golden. some matters in life are highly irrelevant and not worth d audience. I am only baffled about the end of this tragicomedy and drama as d rest of d world bemoans and satire our oblique cantankerousness in comatose and in a left behind world of a shadow chase. The reason racism remains rooted in our values and unalienable is because Africans are a people decimated on cultural ties, they are inconsistent and inarguably unagreeably. Its a land where the blind leads the blind and will remain that way for generations and decades to come. We have a very long way to go. I meant a very long road. "Nigeria to include its daughters as such Biafra is not a center of anything but a global chagarin of dreams, Achebe was a revered and invaluable national figure but to me sparked a big mistake by writing the book "there was a country." As at the time the war was looming in Jan 1966, I once challenged Odimegwu Ojukwu, that "Bluff don't replace bullets except in d imperatives of reasoning." I suggested that he should seek the intervention of the common wealth commission and the united nation than to negotiate with innocent lives at cross fire audience. "That we are not One as a country is strong and wrong at least we are all humans with breath beneath our chest." Let nobody play politics with innocent civilian lives without discreet consideration for safety. Beating drums of war is a senile stance. a tiger does not shout its tigritude. It thinks and act. Once an idea has taken hold, it can be killed but cannot be stopped." Nigeria is overly bedridden with too many pressing issues to entertain war at this time and as such it requires all best brains and surgeons on deck. All to include the propositions, oppositions and critics. you dont turn your back on a dieng brother just as its cold and carnage to turn your back on your brother in need. knowing for sure that you will sojourn on the same pilgrimage when the time comes. Death is a common destiny for all without respect to status. On the side of the government and the Biafran agitators, I believe and maintain that Dialogue is the way forward. By Prof Wole Soyinka.

So kwa? You mean, you couldn't get the articulation of the text. Ok see it, when a million uneducated literates and fools are talking, the very wise educated illiterates just observe the height of their stupidity for the records and mental capacity evaluation. Speech is silvern, silence is golden. some matters in life are highly irrelevant and not worth d
audience.

- where do I start from? Let me echo......... ''Let my people go'' Release Kanu and allow him to be running his small scale Radio Business.

This statement won't settle down well with many people because nothing can extinguish the fire of hate burning in their hearts but to the very few whose brains are yet to be affected by the Biafran virus, to the very educated illiterates who still have some thinking spaces left in their brains, I would like to say that The real aggitation for Biafra during the reign of Ojukwu and co was projected out of wide Political marginalisation - while the current aggitation for Biafra under the leadership of Kanu is projected out of ''massive and unexpected electoral defeat''.
Don't hide the feelings, don't hide the hatred. Most of you guys started supporting Biafra when there was a political change in the system.
I know some people will draw a defense line by saying ''he has been doing it since the time Jonathan''. Yes he has been doing it but I can as well question your mind by asking if your heart was full of hate as is it now.

There is a difference between freedom fighter and ''Politics fighters'' -
Ojukwu didn't open a radio station or insult the government just to get symphaty support from his people before he led the battle.

Those who fought during Biafran war fought what they see and not what they were told to do on radio.
Those who fought for Biafra fought not because there was a change in the system.
Their hearts were not filled with hate but ''sense of necessity''.
That's why I use to laugh when I see some children on the Nairaland chanting ''Biafra, Biafra, Biafra''.
Please, Don't insult me!!!

I know u hv a big point but pls tamper justice with mercy! lets reason it out together! don't you think d course can b more strategic towards realization of suchhuh Must it be in confrontation with the government security officials to warrants the lives of innocent citizenshuh? do u know that Biafra is not heaven but just a country in process that may not be far better off South Sudan, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe and Uganda as well as Nigeria?? don't you think there will b complain of good and bad government in Biafra just as there will always be there rich and the marginally poor there inhuh my dear, my lighter still awaits to lit up your Nigerian acquired certificates, IDs, properties, jobs, and residency?? those wu gv excuses are never greatful for anything. I find it extremely very difficult to believe that Soyinka wrote, said or even dreamt something like this.
It is impossible, to say the least.
