I always wonder why organizations especially Private firms, when it comes to salary payments.. when there is no money dey dont explain to their staff.. they just keep or leave them guessing.. Is dis right  I have not gotten my Nov and December Salary and when the office was closing for Christmas on the 23rd.. No one explained anything... yes we know that our country's economy has dwindled and things are quite hard.. I think employees deserve to be talked to or explained too in situations like this.. If it happens with the FG or state its understandable but in an organization where you have like 20 people pls and pls explain to ur staff they truly deserve it. Happy Holidays Family!!! |
