brabus:Gbam No need to deny anything, here are the facts. Around the 4th of August, you were arrested and locked up at Ajah police station. I tried to call you over 20 times or so to no avail. Even your workers knew this, I wouldn't say which one so you don't go attacking them. It was a known fact, I dont know who you think you are fooling. It was at this point that I terminated that Brabus was claiming to provide at the time, how can I be dealing with someone who is in a police cell to help look after a construction site. It just doesn't add up nor make sense. https://www.zenet.co.uk/images/chat1.png https://www.zenet.co.uk/images/chat2.png https://www.zenet.co.uk/images/chat3.png https://www.zenet.co.uk/images/chat4.png Whilst I was sending all these messages, I didnt know officers were dealing with brabus using koboko ! Me just dey waste my time sending messages. Anybody who has been locked up in a cell with 12 or 15 other male inmates, and if you no get body or ur eye hard small, that person don enter one chance be that. I wonder if Brabus can tell us what the experience was like, I just hope you were not abused !!! |

May this not be our last .....as l have seen a lot of folks pass-away in the last four weeks, that l consider myself lucky and enjoying the "special grace" of Almighty God, to be alive and moving triumphantly into a new year. mavverick:My Chairman, let me chip-in here. Is there difference between "use of herbs" to cure ailments as ordered by God himself.... and use of "spiritual powers and principalities" ...or even the use of "sleight of hand" (which some call magic since they dont understand it) ? The three are very different things. 1.) Use of herbs: This is as a result of 'trial and error' which is then perfected as 'knowledge', over time. For example, how do we know that a particular tree like Dongoyaro (Yoruba) has more efficacy in curing Malaria, than any known Quinine drug (which even suffers resistance from the malaria plasmodium!). It is a process developed over generations through trial and error. 2.) Use of spiritual powers and Principalities: God is a spirit! Man was created in the "image" of God and therefore, Man is also a spiritual being. Though some dont believe in God (which l consider foolish as all evidence point in the opposite direction and confirm that there is indeed a "higher celestial being" ...... by whatever name you wish to call HIM). Time, knowledge and experience has shown that when man dies, his "spirit/soul" (life force) leaves his body and what remains is just "beef", not different from that of the 'cow meat' we buy in the market! (I did not say you should then go and cook it and chop o! We also know that some of these "spirits" go bad, just as some "celestial beings" (Angels) fell short of expactations but thsy still had their "powers and knowledge" intact. With proper "mental and psychic proper development", some 'humans" are able to harness such powers.... for Good use ....or for Bad use. This is where Juju or Voodoo or other "spiritual powers" come. The initiated are able to harness these spiritual powers to do good (which is what most founding fathers of "Caucasian" civilisation did, Same with early Egyptians of old who built magnificent things, star-gazed and predicted things that took 'science' hundreds of years to explain. As for the "black man", we are yet to harness such spiritual powers for "good development in our lives" especially in the areas of invention but we have excelled in using them mostly for evil things! I have seen quite a few good uses in my life time, especially in my early days as a teenager, in my rural setting. The knowledge is still there but kept very secret by those in the know, as there are very "strict guiding principles" surrounding it (like honesty of purpose, equity, e.t.c) ......but because our current generations have been known to abuse such powers and have a tendency to be irresponsible, unlike our fathers, it is usually kept away from them. Forget all those "quackery" that say they have 'medcine' because what they have is just tom-foolery! ![]() True spiritual powers doeth no evil but it takes vengeance very seriously, for the oppressed. 3.) Sleight of hand: this basically has to do with "deception" whereby you trick someone to believe that which does not really exist using speed of movement, trickery and other forms of deceptive movements. This is what we call "Magic", as we know it in conclusion, "Juju" still exists and will always exist but be assured that there are loads of trickery out there, especially in a place like Lagos! ![]() Lastpage! |

Chekitaut: Take his picture secretly, the picture of his house and where he is building it.............. and PLACE IT HERE, under another username. Leave the rest for God. Like you said, when peeps die mysteriously, just at the point of their "success:, we begin to wail on their behalf and think there is no God. Bible said we should never rob a worker of his wages. Karma is real. Lastpage! |

lastpage:Thanks lastPage, so many client(s) i carry out delivery for without knowing where he or she is from while some are prompt payer some will delay payment at the end the delivery will turn to a lose. We do not receive commitment charges still they treat us as beggar after delivering to them. I thank God this year our services was wonderful, better than last year. Next year our services will be better++. In Jesus name |

Chekitaut:That is really really bad. How do such people sleep at night after defrauding others ? For me, this is what I do. I have some suppliers that i have known for years, one of them who has been my sole supplier for all projects for iron rods and cement, I pay into his account and he delivers. We have dome biz over 5m now if not close to 10m over the years. For others that I do not know, they deliver and guarantee that when it has been counted and verified, payment within 1 hr. 1 hour because transfer to new recipients often takes a few mins, so saying instant just causes some kind of anxiety. For everyone else, I make it clear to them, if i wasn't paying workers would they turn up or you think I am like brabus who does this thing whereby he gets the payment for workers from the owner, doesn't pay them and then the workers come back complaining to the owners. I had it so many times with brabus, I cannot even count and its so frustrating, i even had some random block people come to my site even though they didnt supply me block, I said to them are they sick in the head, did you guys supply blocks here. They said brabus told them to come to my site, can you imagine !!! Endless fights on site, brabus brought like 5 sets of carpenters and bricklayers, he owes set 1 money, dumps them and then a new one starts. Thats one of the reasons for the bad jobs on my site, he then lies to me that they were not good enough, so you know they were not good enough and you still hired them !! If brabus denies this, I have evidence as usual.. I have other suppliers that they trust me that they do not even bother chasing me up. Once the trust is there and established its just a case of maintaining it. I had a situation the other day, I needed blocks and my regular supplier was wasting time as he was not in the country, all others wanted payment upfront, we sha found one that would deliver first and then pay within 1 hour of delivery. I said, after you deliver if you do not get your money within 1hour, you can stand there and ensure nobody touches the blocks, and after 1 hr of no payment, take your block back. This agreement worked, so I now have an alternative block supplier who is even closer to site. The trust thing in Nigeria is really bad, and from what checkitout is saying I can see why it is so. I was in Nigeria and stopped by a tank seller 5 mins away from site, I already have a plumbing supplier but he rips me off atimes. So i thought it would be good to try someone else who is even 5 mins away, unlike my current guy where our payment structure works, just that he delays with delivery and his prices are somewhat higher. I collected the number of the tank supplier, just behind the office of my iron/cement supplier, then called 2 weeks later to say that I needed the tanks now, terms were payment after delivery, as i wanted to try them, I said if you dont get your payment take the tanks away, afterall they are not needed now. We agreed 30% upfront and 70% after delivery which was fine with me, only after when she got my 30% payment, she then moved the goal post and said 100% payment or no delivery, I was really irked how one could have an agreement 30 mins ago, and all of a sudden terms changed like that, I told her to refund my money sharply. Send someone there to collect my money, rang my old guy and got him to match the price and he delivered next day, and fully paid same day. I pleaded with the first supplier coz i knew my old supplier rips me off with prices, the owner said xmas is coming and some people are looking to not pay suppliers etc, i told him look u know my site and its not like the tank are being used now. In the end, my old supplier did it, took the photos and sent it to this new people i wanted to try. Thats how you miss out on opportunities, when there is no common trust. |

Hello House, Please who has an incline into how i can get a professional to assist with the installation of water tank stand, made out of H-Beam iron like the one in the picture below. The idea is to raise the tank some 15 feet high to help with water pressure from the taps and bathroom shower. Although the building is a bungalow investment in a tank stand now is expected to come in handy for future development.

lastpage:The expression of man's belief in and reverence for a superhuman power recognized as the creator and governor of the universe have too much to be desired. Such belief create too much ambiguity which its book haven't been able to explain. I disagree that all evidence point to god existence from the concept of god we get from all our books. If critical reasoning and logic were to be applied to all these book, it is more foolish to believe in them. I don't believe in 'juju or voodoo' because they are both mere speculations no real evidence of their existence. The Caucasian race achieved a lot by murdering, plundering, stealing resources, land and nation of other peace loving civilization and no voodoo or juju was used to achieve. They just happens to be more ambitious than other civilization before them. Black nation' are in big trouble because of too many basic problem of religion and artificial state drawn by the same Caucasian race. How do one developed his environment when he cherish life after death that he only know through a book that hasn't been able to explain cosmology? How do people find solutions to their problem when they still believe that someone in the village is behind their predicament? Too much believe in fairy tales, voodoo, juju and the like reduced human ability of critical thinking and getting solutions to problem |

abdulwastecx: "Omode o'mogun,, o'npe l'efo"! ( Translated literally for our friends who may not understand Yoruba - A child being ignorant of 'ritual potion', calls it vegetable soup! ....No disrespect, just how it is said) With due respect to your position and belief, let me say that the fact that one has not "personally" experienced something, does not put its existence into doubt". It all boils down to experience!! I have seen "spiritual power" in display (not the charlatan type chorused by Church leaders) on so many occasions that even with my level of western education, l have no iota of doubt about its existence and efficacy, if one has the knowledge. I am not out to convince you because if l were you, l would not be convinced either.... except l experience it first hand. We live in "times" now where such knowledge is gradually disappearing, especially with mentality like yours (though one cannot blame you for your position, it is very "logical and reasonable"! Why should one believe what you have not seen or experienced? ).Growing up, l used to keep a Diary of what My Grand Mother did with such knowledge until one day when l was in school, l was told (later) a nearby river bust it banks after very heavy rain and flooded the whole neighbourhood. Needless to say, l lost the diary as the pages completely clinged to each other afterwards and l could not restore them. That Diary contain "simple treatments" for most ailments that l have seen performed ...and produced a cure, that beggars belief! For example, do you know that with a few words (yes, ordinary spoken words of the mouth) and the head placed against a wall, you can send away any migraine headache from a sufferer? I am talking about that kind of headache that makes someone shed tears like a baby! I use to do this for my friends even when l was at the University (for free) and they were all amazed! Does that sound strange to you? Can you explain it? Does it sound "reasonable and logical" to anyone here? But it works! ![]() Have you ever wondered or tried to explain it that when someone is having hiccups, by simply removing a strand of thread from their cloth and placing it on their head, the hiccups disappears? Try it yourself if you have never done it before. Does that sound "reasonable and logical", from a scientific point of view? My GrandMa once observed that Rats ate the clothing of a woman who was her friend (in our village), they just destroyed her expensive Aso Oke by burrowing holes through it, at random and as a favor, she told her to "say these words, at this specific time of the night". She did exactly that and it was like the rats in every nearby state was invited for a meeting in that locality and a bo.mb was dropped within the meeting. Rats died everywhere so much that we could hardly walk without stepping on a dead rat. I curiously enquired from her, even as a little boy and she told me that "every living thing has a "name" for which it was associated with, at creation; if you know that name, you can "manipulate them" at will, and you can curse them with it, if need be and you can justify it.(which is what she did) Maybe you are not aware that the easiest way to 'injure' anyone is through the name of whoever bore them. How do you explain a situation where a new born baby has these "pounding area" (Yorubas call it Okaa) at the centre of their head and just by putting this seed in water (cant remember the name now... it is opened but when placed in water, it closes. I am sure our Mothers in the house may remember the name) and that child drinking the water, he gets healed? How do you explain the way certain people "set/restore human broken bones" by "breaking the leg of a chicken, saying some words to it and as the leg of the "chicken" heals, the broken bone of the "human" also heals? I have done it in my early years and it is common amongst people of the Niger Delta (Ijaws, Ilajes, e.t.c) and people of certain areas in Ogun state (Ijebus, Aworis, e.t.c). Is that "logical and reasonable"? Hell-No! But it sure works and it is true Okay, l agree, these things are not "reasonable and logical", in scientific terms but l have seen enough empirical/real life scenario/evidence, to know there is "power" beyond science. What l am trying to say is that "because it is not "logical nor reasonable" .... does not mean it is non-existent or false. There are a thousand and one things that seem unreasonable, illogical but existent and true! Seeing, is Believing. Finally, let me say that we cannot continue to blame the "white man" for our failures, six decades after they have left us to do our business. Asian Tigers like Singapore, Malaysia, e.t.c all got independent from their white slave-masters at about the same time as Nigeria or the majority of the black nations of Africa. How is it that these Asian countries have been able to make giant leaps while we are still mired in ridiculous posturings and abominable acts that makes the sense twinge? Do you wonder that the first seeds of palm Oil planted in Malaysia, was taken from Nigeria..... but today, we import a large portion of the palm oil we consume, from ..... you guessed right! MALAYSIA! Do we blame colonial masters for such lack of foresight and "collective foolishness" of our people? Yes, the slave masters plundered us but Mother Earth has given us enough resources to overcome it, in the last sixty years, if we are a serious race. One thing l have noticed about the black race (of which l am one) is that we are trying to compete with the white folks, in things they seem to have a "natural advantage" over us in...... instead of exploiting our own areas of natural advantages over them! These white folks will condemn everything that they know Black race has an advantage over them! That way, we would always be playing catch-Up to them, by trying to beat them at their own game, instead of them trying to compete with us on our own turf. As to the existence of God, "religious positions and fate" aside, even Science has so far been unable to create "Enthalpy" (Order), from "Entropy" (Chaos) and as such, even the much vaunted Big-Bang theory falls flat on its face. You just cant create a much-ordered Earth, from a mere-chance-explosion! ![]() We are then faced with the question: Who or What created the Earth and its high level of ORDER? Call Him/It whatever name you like, God will always be God. Cheers. Lastpage! |

Chekitaut:If you ask me o, I think you should make your business, cash and carry, especially in this economic environment. A better way, if you feel you have invested enough in reputation building is to ask them to deposit money while you source the goods you don't have in stock. The cost of collecting these your debts (emotional, physical and financial) will wipe out any profit you are supposed to make. Also I suspect you know this already, in any economic downturn, construction/real estate sector is the first point of impact so be careful if you don't want your bad debts to increase. |

I also do what you do so I'm not blaming you. I even do jobs upfront without taking a penny but 6million is risky.
