Atimes I laf at comments like dis on NL n I v com to realise dat many pple here just make comments on issues they v little or no knwledge about just like u just did. Frm ur comment, I cn c dat u dnt even v any knowledge of any thing dat has to do wit trial of an individual. I prefer to stop since I knw dat taking time to educate u wl amount to waste of my precious n limited time. One thing I wl advise u to do is to start watching morning shows especially on AIT n CHANNELS and other reputable tv stations where experts were invited to say their opinions on topical issues affecting d state of d country on daily basis; dis wl broadly enhance ur thinking n mayb change ur perception on certain issues of national dimension. U cn also invest ur time in reading articles on d pages of national newspapers n magazine on topical issues. Dis wl help u in a long run to make sensible contributions/comments on a forum like dis.
You haven't said anything. The problem in Nigeria is the ends always justifies the means. Legally, It does not matter what you think or what your suspicions are. It is what you can prove. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. And here lies the problem. No one in Nigeria want's to put forth effort to proving guilt. Suspicion alone is enough to send you to the gallows. The way it is done in normal societies is to thoroughly investigate, then make arrests. Not arrest, then investigate, then bail, then arrest again for the same offence. Watch AIT and CHANNELS. Really? I don't have to watch it, i live it. You are informed in your responses because you live in a place where you have no rights so you don't know what the standard is. Anything goes so long as the "suspected" individual is put behind bars or lynched. I am waiting for the usual "na naija we de" or "e no fit work for here" argument. Exposure matters.

Opinions based on a phucked up system. I would rather take the opinion of a person who has rights and understands them, than from someone who doesn't and lives in subjugation. The person who doesn't have rights does not understand or have the knowledge of how things are done normally, so how can he have a true and constructive opinion on the matter. Is this not a system where lynching is publicly supported? And you want me to take your opinion on legality seriously. OK.

The prosecution of one of Tinubu, Fasola and Amaechi for me would pass even more message across.

The trio are bigger robbers.
As long as there is a prima faci case against them. You know mere allegations does not amount to guilt.
