pls l need a lil help from anyone who must av encountered this kinda problem, l cant check my account balance,my data balance etc. When l try to do that, l get this error message "unfortunely, the process com.android.phone has stooped"

ur dialer.apk is having s0me issues.. Try to clear cache of it..0r reset the ph0ne ..and lastly flash de damn fin..

Try downloading a third party app to use such as true phone. There are many more in playstore.
