1. Business Development Officer

Job Description
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback


Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess minimum of Bsc in the related field
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work with TEAM successfully
- Candidate must have strong analytical skill
-The ideal candidate must have closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
- Must reside in Ibadan.


2. Printing Operator.

Job Descriptions
* Operate basic digital paper printing machines
* Verify all in-process inspection and quality; maintain assigned production targets, delivery dates, set-up times
* Job tear-down and changeovers
* Maintain production records and job order paperwork
* Read and understand job order, job specs, maintain equipment on a daily basis
* Follow preventative maintenance schedule in accordance to plant schedule as determined by the maintenance department
* Operate machine at optimal speeds while maintaining quality standards and maintaining scrap levels to a minimum
* Effectively communicate with supervisors on daily needs
* Work with multiple daily production changes as well as continuous production for several weeks
* Consistently acquire printing materials
* Deliver print orders to clients within Ibadan.

Job Requirements:
* Must have at least one year printing experience.
* Must have a good understanding of the printing business and processes
* Must have a very good understanding of Ibadan.
* Must have good knowledge of several print vendors in Ibadan
* Must be willing to learn or know how to ride a motorcycle
* Previous experience with production goals, times, output responsibilities
* Must know color and understand designs
* Must be able to deliver extraordinary customer service
* A self-manager who will take initiative and ownership of deadlines while prioritizing tasks in an efficient manner
* Must have outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
* Flexibility when incorporating design suggestions and critiques with the ability to perform necessary changes effectively, enthusiastically, and quickly
* Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team


3. Graphics Artist

Job Descriptions
• Excellent customer service and office administration skills
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Design communication and corporate branding materials
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Work as part of a team with graphic designers and artists
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
• Use computer software to generate new images.
• Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.
• Ensure that all designs are done to high standards and quality, whilst working closely with the development team and clients to ensure effective and consistent design delivery.
• Designing various forms of print media including posters, banners, leaflets, brochures and other advertising materials.
• Designing repeat patterns for web and print material
• Preparing and designing promotional banners and images and icons for websites
• Design templates in Corel graphics suite, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of SSCE
• 1-3 years cognate experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must love working with Logos, Typography, Packaging, Layouts, Image Retouching and Patterns.
• Must know Adobe Illustrator, Corel Graphics Suite, Photoshop and InDesign (optional).
• High standards with attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate competency in Graphic design by presentation of portfolio

4. Marketers
Job Description: Direct Marketing of products and services.
Qualifications:
Minimum of SSCE certificate
Must reside in Ibadan.
