To your questions am not a fan of quota system and politics is about favoring the technocrats who supported your ideologies, remember it's a game of numbers and a game of interests. What I meant to by favouring the region is based on the portfolios given to the igbos for now as it can always be reshuffled. The are ministers of the federal Republic of Nigeria quite alright but can always influence projects in that region.
I believe this move was done to pacify the igbos.

Our laws support quota system, nobody, not even the president should twist it to aid his selfish interests.
