I just go carry 1 bottle took a break for a second before i do some work on lightroom, some family members are already disturbing me about some of the great pictures I took yesterday and weeks earlier, I dey into photography as a hobby, take a lot of photos but people dey complain say they dont see the photos once its taken, so as a late xmas present, make i surprise them.

Me n brabus never settle oo, he knows what needs to be done to reach an acceptable settlement, and I already made it clear from day 1 that his actions will follow him on NL and thats just one part, whether its brabus or brabusNG and also dont care whatever anyone says, as the previous poster said its a free world and thats exactly what it is.

There is no wound to be opened, what I find is that with most of these issues, PERSON GO SEND MONEY MESSAGE OR IN YORUBA LAND THEY SAY "MO NEED LATI RON OWO NSE".

So back to the trenches. I better look elsewhere for this vodka.

Regarding the flood what I learnt is if a new rd is built in front of your house the rd in Questione would be sand filled at least 2 feet.so if your house DPC is 2 ft above ground you are already under water if it rains.that's what I meant.I learnt this frm ground design on UK TV.

Its a good place to draw inspiration, but most of the stuff they show I find cannot work in nija sha.

I will do my best to ensure that the road in front is never put in but I make aft about 6 coaches higher than the existing road at my lowest point. I've now watched all the episodes and have now moved to Grand Design Australia and also Restoration Homes.

I thought I saw staircase in your drawings? Your foundation seems like it's for a two story house. I mean ground floor plus one floor above.

Now, what I am doing is trying the peaceful option first, nothing concern me with police, they have told me they would take 10% of the money etc. I have been told other options who would take around 10 - 20 % as well and i can be rest assured the result will be quicker, what I am doing now is keeping my cards close to my chest.

There are different mixers applicable to different uses.
1. Basin mixer - usually used in the hand wash basin or laundry basin
2. Kitchen sink mixer - this comes sometimes with longer pipes
3. Bath tub mixer
4. Shower mixer
The bath tub and shower mixers some times have 2 or more interchangeable water outlets. So you can use a hand shower or over head mixer or drain pipe to collect water in a bucket/tub.

The other thing you were asking of that Hajji posted its picture but forgot its name is called SHATTAF valve.

Lastly, i prefer the top flush than the side flush because the side flush is more fragile and more prone to damage. Also, the top flush would save more water because it has 2 buttons one is for complete flush and the other for partial flush that stops once it is released. One button is good for poo and the other good for pee saving some water that would have been wasted on little pee using complete flush.

From the very obvious high difference in slope within your lot looking at the pic you shared, you will never have to worry about any flood. That kind of area will hardly ever experience flood as long as proper drainage is provided. Even if you step down the low side of your foundation below ground level and even if the road is higher than your ground floor, it is still very easy to control runoff water with that kind of slope.

I would not sweat. Just tie your columns with a beam before backfill and you are good to go.
