Op, let us agree with the pic you posted, what good is money in my bank account when I can't enjoy myself and if I die tomorrow people who don't know how I worked hard for my money will be share my money comfortably. It's good to safe money but its wise to enjoy yourself while you're still alive.

I agree with you. Household consumption is the backbone of US economy - The biggest economy in the world.
If this would be the spending pattern of Biafrans, then development would be hard to come by.
Spend the money and enjoy your life. You will not be buried with your fat account; even your children will waste no time in spending the money.
