Can we see the current updates concerning the teaching hospital or is the fat ugly governor allowed it to get worse than this? cool

This is just a warning, I will treat your fvck up anytime you mention me on this thread henceforth! cool

Aba is changing greatly as Ikpeazu is serious but that guy you quoted is as stupiid as Chino. He wants people to descend on Abia State but he should be ignored maka odinma Ndigbo.

More Owerri.
Not bad..

But why can't they hire some Igbo artists to add an African touch to the design??

I don't understand..

What's wrong with having at least some native designs on the buildings??

At least some prints and patterns..

If it was up to me I'd even make the roofs with straws and cover the walls with synthetic leather..
And sculpt animal heads in every building..
And stop making buildings like simple boxes..

We are taking colonialism too far now!!

Grow up mr man. I wonder why you always seem greatly pained by progress of Igbos other than your State.
Re: Few Pics From Imo State by EASTSIDAZ: 11:23am On Dec 27, 2015
Hopeless old man, I am not pained because there is nothing to be pained about. I was on my own when you started calling my name. Have you seem me this morning on this thread? Why are you always looking for trouble and after which you seek for sympathy. Imo state is a pariah state so there is nothing to be envious about. Mention my name again and receive more pictures..worthless nithwit!

No sane person should be envious of this mess. This was during rainy season, I just hope they have started fixing it now that the place is dry.

What's the deal about Owerrinta though. I think a new emerging town can come out of it.
if only govt can pay attention to it. The town has nothing much apart from the naval school/base, it's situated in Abia state at the boundary between Imo and Abia, it's an indigenous town of Ngwa tribe.

We need a section of every Igbo city to be modelled in modified African architecture. I believe its better than European styled Christmas parks as tourist attraction.

Some large industries are sited there as well as a Naval base. There is a shorter route to Osisisioma from there.

Hopeless I.diot I have warned you to desist from mentioning any part of Anambra in your tirade.

Let me make it clear, no part of Anambra visits Imo state or any part thereof for any reason whatsoever because we have everything and anything within our boundaries.

Stop dragging others with you because we have nothing in common. Owerri as a big commercial se.x market cannot be mistaken as tourism but what it is. I can bet with my house that the only time I know that there is a place called imo state is whenever I am passing through on my way to PH.

Stop being silly or this thread will catch fire!

How am i nt sure that you are nt this Ekafine that has been disturbing the peace of this thread?

Stop claiming Anambra and be bringing division in our peaceful and lovely Igboland, cos nothing can divide us. Amadioha is with his people and must strike you oneday.

mandax:
B2mario,

Dust in the north of Nigeria is what gives northerners the many health problems like blindness, lung diseases and short live span.

Do you wish same for people in Orlu?

Mind you dust is worse from roads that were scrapped and with sand poured upon the roads and abandoned; as is the problem in Orlu.

No body is asking Okorocha government to come to Orlu to asphalt urban roads, many of them fully built with houses on both sides, not asphalted, but pose no danger of lung diseases.

No,
what Orlu pray Okorocha to do is asphalt the roads his contractors scrapped up in the last four years, if not, Okorocha is deliberately inflicting people living along those scrapped, dusty roads in Orlu with lung diseases and early blindness.

And do not believe that when the media war starts soon, that your type of excuse can suffice.
Oga dust is dust and theirs is even worst.
You should channel your grievances to the right place(govt house) not doing as if you are paid to destroy Rochas and Imo image.

I understood that you want to draw Rochas attention to Orlu, but it sounds ungodly to say that he has done nothing in Orlu.

Lets be truthful for once.

On a side note ekafine and EASTSIDAZ share same IP and location meaning both of them are Chino. Change your ways as you are getting older Mr Chino.

On my contribution you quoted I clearly pointed out that the bad road affected weekly influx of Port Harcourt boys to Owerri. I for example visited only 3 times this 2015 as against other years that could be up to 20.
I thought as much. Amadioha must strike that yoruba guy that wants to destroy Biafra peace.

Chiwude:
But Mandax, inasmuch as you've always tried to point out Orlu's abandonment to a relative level, I still think you're taking this matter too far.
If I may ask, are you not happy that Owelle for the first time in Imo history decided to spread development to other interior parts of Imo state than the traditional Owerri, Okigwe and Orlu. From what we've seen so far, even though some of the projects have been left to rot, Rochas turned about 7 towns into new cities.
My part of Umuaka and other areas like Orieubi, Anara and others were given some sort of urban restructuring by this same government. New roads interlinking other inner towns (although unfinished were connected to my Akah city. The Owerri-Orlu road was dualized and a new bridge constructed across the Njaba river. We had new rows of shopping complex at Afor Umuakah, a new General hospital at Okwudor and a mapped out new stadium to be constructed at central school Akah.
Other new cities as well as other communities felt one presence of Owelle's touch in one way or the other. From the triangular shape of the new cities and a further push of the Owerri boundaries to the interior, one would see that the future plan of the state government is to convert the whole Imo into a metropolis by pushing the urbanisation of Owerri to directly connect with other satellite towns and into established areas like Orlu, Mbaise and Okigwe. So, from this act alone it is evident that your Governor deserves some form of commendation.
However, my grouse with Rochas is that he seems not to be bothered with the criticisms of his first tenure and keeps repeating them.
that Mandax is a paid propagandist, don't mind him. Infact, I'll be going to Orlu on 30th to see him.

It is a Simple Request people have been making for more than two years now: let Rochas Okorocha coat the very important roads he scrapped in Orlu in order not to provoke mass death from lung diseases and flooding.

Even the Archbishop of Owerri diocese through the newspaper has been pleading with Rochas Okorocha to repair the damages in Orlu, especially the damage caused by non completion of Orlu urban drainage, which risks collapse of St. Joseph's Catholic church while worshippers are inside.

Every well-meaning Imo citizen that has noticed those dangers in Orlu has approached governor Okorocha for remedies.
Four years the damages still exist, no repairs. They get worse.

Instead, Okorocha builds flyovers and underground drainage systems and new roads even where no humans live in Owerri No governor can do this

My friends and I helped in our ways to media-make Rochas Okorocha in his 2011 guber bid.

We later realized he has a grudge against some people in Orlu.
He cannot continue to visit the grudge on the entire population of Orlu who gave him votes.

We've heard na, he must do something next year.

Can't you see that you are repeating one same thing everytime, and the thing is becoming too boring. Are you the only person from Orlu and where were you when previous govs did not do much in Orlu and Okigwe?... Bro, you are sounding too political, infact, you have a hiden agendium.

If you are talking like this that means you don't know Orlu well before. Are you sure you are from Orlu or are you an impostor like Chino your friend? Orlu generally has been having flood problem more especially that st. Joseph axis, international market axis, Umuokpara(Orlu nwafor) axis, and owerri-ebeiri/umuowa axis so stop doing as if it was Rochas that created the problem while he's trying to remedy it.

Those untarred streets you are complaining about, had it been Udenwa and Ohakim did something on them today you'll not be blaming Rochas on their state, that innocent man has tried for Imo state, he can't do everything at once, is he a magician?

On the issue of flood, i think it's federal govt that suppose to come tackle the problem.
