Another Bombshell From Donald Trump: He calls
for the recolonisation of Africans because they
are allergic to good governance. He says:
“Look at African countries like Kenya for
instance, those people are stealing from their
own government and go to invest the money in
foreign countries. From the government to the
opposition, they only qualify to be used as a
case study whenever bad examples are required.
How do you trust even those who have run away
to hide here in the United States, hiding behind
education? I hear they abuse me in their blogs
but I don’t care because even the internet they
are using is ours and we can decide to switch it
off from this side.
These are people who import everything
including matchsticks. In my opinion, most of
these African countries ought to be recolonized
again for another 100 years because they know
nothing about leadership and self-governance.”
I totally agreed with Donald Trump on this issue.
African leaders are disgrace to humanity.

Why should any sane person describe true statements allegedly made by Donald Trump as bombshell? If actually he made this comment, it is nothing but a perfect truth. Africans are useless jokers in general and Nigerians in particular.

So tell us why not ONE black African country was even 1/10th developed after these magical white men had governed them uninterrupted for nearly 100 years up till the 1960s?

Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Kenya etc etc were ALL underdeveloped hell holes at independence, with virtually NO universities, NO power plants, NO industries, NO major hospitals, NO dual carriageways, near 90% illiteracy (compared to 30% today), and widespread malnutrition. Despite the white rulers exporting resources worth billions of dollars, annually.

The mistake people make is that they think that a person's mere possession of white skin, IMPLIES that he will work well, and do well in government. They forget that all are governed by interests. If it is not in a person or group's perceived INTERESTS to have you develop, then they will make sure you don't develop, whatever their skin colour.

Why would a white colonial regime strive to turn you into a developed nation, and compete with its own country?

Fact is we have made far more progress as independent nations than we ever did under colonial rule. It's not even debatable.

Ask yourself why your grand, or great-grandparents were stark illiterate peasants instead of bankers and doctors. It wasn't because the colonialists couldn't afford to educate them. It was because they refused to do so, and banked the export proceeds overseas. Which of course, was the reason they colonised you in the first place - to bank your resources overseas.

Thank your stars for black rule which - imperfect as it was - saw you differently.

Although what Donald said is bitter, it is the truth. It is beyond stupid to steal money meant to develop your society and stack it in foreign countries to be used for the development of those countries. The problem of Africa is not looting of public funds per se, it is looting and taking the money out to already rich and developed countries. If money is looted and kept within the economy, it will provide liquidity to banks and help the economy.
