Arsenal missed an opportunity to go top on boxing day after being given boxing day knockout blows. With Leicester not playing today, that opportunity has present itself back to Arsenal.

Verdict: Arsenal playing at the Emirate has no excuse not to top the table today. Fatique and cockiness might be accepted for the boxing day knockout blow but not today.
