[size=14pt]Allowing a "lil boy" to gain entrance into a gas dispensing plant with an explosive device (fireworks) is a safety violation in and of itself. Such an explosive premises should be treated with the same caution as you would treat an ammunition dump. It's ludicrous how most of these gas plants are run. I would even consider doubling up the security in these premises because now that this has happened, boko haram may start getting some crazier ideas than they already have[/size]
