Hello Nairalanders, is it me or has GOTV removed about half of the channels we payed for this festive season? Only 24 channels displaying now. Anyway, just seriously missing other stations especially telemundo "feel the passion"...

They did not remove any station but instead they added some stations to it.try n scan ur decoded or reset it,the missing stations wil be recovered.

They removed my One Gospel, Didn't Subscribe after they did that.

lolzz,Pele Emmanuel Tv n Faith stations are der 4u. They've removed one Gospel for a long time nw.Am using d internal anntena n i get up to 51 stations shah.

I liked one Gospel because of the Music, Haven't Subscribed since the day I Found out. I dash them.

I've done all u guys said ooo. Nothg ooo.

Switch if off...then on and leave it to scan, u'll recover the stations.

You will continue doing that (scanning) , infact d stuff just happened to me too, cos of that couldnt watch my fav series on Zeeworld...

helo room pls i just bought a new gotv ,pls i need the full details on how to activate it .i would be glad for a support

They didn't remove any stations, maybe the harmattan turned your pole to the wrong direction. Just find the position your pole was before and turn it towards that direction, it should return.




Honestly the new stations added are absolutely crap!
Why add etv Ghana Aka trybe TV when we have etv SA. Why add afro music when we have up to four music channels,instead they should have added trace TV. Why add Calabar carnival TV and TVC entertainment tv(by the way it doesn't work) when stations like Televista, M-net movies zone(this station is the worst in gotv) are begging to be replaced by better channels. Gotv doesn't have a channel dedicated to recent movies just crappy old movies, none for TV series and they should add another European football supersport channel since both supersport 9 and select 1 focuses on African football.

you need to understand that price and tv right are the major reason why you can not see some European football stations. mind you that the addition of these stations might lead to increase in bouquet price latter. Remember how Dstv family package increased from N2,000 to N2,500, N3,000 before the fall in the value of dollar to N3,600. customer continuous patronage of this brand inspite of their increase will make them to continue their exploitation.
