Did you install a new game or a new app, cos that might caused the issue.
Please try these steps:
Go to Settings > phone update & then tap check for updates

OR

Go to Settings > about and tap & tap reset your phone

NOTE: Please use a new and original SD memory card for that phone

Sir, I already told you on the day I delivered the fone that my fones do not come with charger or accessories. I sell UK used fones.
Except on few occasions, If I have a fone that is still intact in the box (new), I sell with accessories.
