Not saying the OP is this or that but these your requirements are as easy as ABC to obtain in this very Nigeria.

One of my children needed Police clearance cert, radiology and medical reports etc for her uni visa processing and gosh, my eyes were open on another level to the level of corruption in this country.

Long story short : a crook can buy legit papers, documents, identity so very easy here.and everywhere else.

Why can't you fully explain everything here? Are you trying to groom him or what? Assuming you really are female to start with.

if you are truly a female and legit then am truly worried for you already. people aren't who or what they claim online.

your best bet is family or former classmates in the uni. Maybe even some of your ex-Corper friends.

but a total stranger please think twice before you find yourself in a spot.
