Court grants him bail for EFCC to release him, the DSS swoops in on him. By the time the court will grant him bail for DSS to release him, who knows which other agency will be waiting for him? The EFCC might even come back with fresh charges.

These were young men who proudly and gallantly went to the war front to protect people like you and I but alas had to fall in the face of superior weapons.
