600g plain flour 65g sugar 2tbsp baking powder 2tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp salt |

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together Place in a sealed container and shake to mix contents |

For every 150g of pancake mix Add 1 egg 250ml of milk Vanilla ( or any flavour of your choice eg cinnamon) 1 teaspoon of butter Whisk together leave for about 5mins before putting it into pan |
