pls guys, I got an android phone and I can see it has about 6.8gb free USB storage, about 731mb free internal storage, yet I still could not collect heavy files, pls help me ou t wat can I do, meanwhile I have cleared all d catches files |

Cannonleo:I saw 8gb USB storage and 6gb free of it, yet I still could not save heavy files like 2gb on it. it also has another space for internal storage of 1gb. I don't understand why it has 2diff storage space and yet I still could not save heavy files |
